This policy applies to this website only. Our location data products are governed by separate agreements with our clients, including data processing agreements, and are not described here.

3. Data we collect

Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, industry, product of interest and your message.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.

No cookies or tracking. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.

Login page. The client login page does not store or transmit any data.

4. Why we use it and legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry: based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
• Keeping the website secure and available: based on our legitimate interest.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. After that we delete it. Hosting logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention periods.

6. Who we share it with

Our hosting and form processing provider, Netlify, Inc., processes data on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell website visitor data.

7. International transfers

Netlify may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict or object to processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

To use any of these rights, write to privacy@urbanixsolutions.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers and professional information (name, work email, company) and internet activity data (server logs), for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Send requests to privacy@urbanixsolutions.com.

10. Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
